Cynthia re-joins USA Lending and Realty as a Commercial Realtor. Cynthia has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Certificates in French Language from the University of Paris and the Catholic Institute of Paris. She brings a lifetime of sales and management experience in marketing, media and real estate. Cynthia has successfully sold businesses, commercial and investment properties in South Florida. Her clients include business owners, investors and residential end users. Cynthia possesses in-depth knowledge of all facets of buying and selling auction properties, bank foreclosures, short sales as well as extensive property analysis skills for her clients. In her spare time Cynthia enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out at her local gym and walking along Miami’s beautiful beaches. She is well traveled and is bilingual in English and French. She believes that giving back is of paramount importance and currently volunteers at local charities in Miami.
