The Society Biscayne tower under construction on Biscayne Boulevard appears to be either topped off, or close to it.
Besides, the 49-story apartment tower is the sixth tallest building currently under active construction in city of Miami limits, with an approved height of 571 feet. It also is located in a prominent location in Miami’s skyline.
Also, according to its Notice of Commencement, Society will include:

- 48,240 square feet of office
- 3,006 square feet of retail/food and beverage
- A 10-story, 22,177 square foot church with 329 seats
- 406 parking spaces
