Miami Beach Deciding Today On Office Proposals Near Lincoln Road

Miami Beach commissioners have a meeting scheduled today where they could decide the fate of proposals to redevelop city-owned properties near Lincoln Road.

Three developers submitted proposals for the properties:

  • Infinity Collective LLC
  • The TPC Proposal (also known as Lincoln Road Holdings LLC), a joint venture between The Peebles Corporation, Baron Corporation and Scott Robins Companies, Inc
  • Lincoln Road Property Owners, L.P., a joint venture between Integra Investments, Starwood Capital, and The Comras Company

After review by a city committee, the city manager is recommending moving forward with negotiations with TPC for one surface parking lot, and with Integra for another.

Proposals to redevelop a garage are recommended to be rejected for a few reasons, including the need for the garage during construction of the Grand Hyatt across the street.

Option 3: P27 parking lot (TPC) which is recommended to move forward:
