Sunny Isles just got its tallest buildings ever, with the second and final tower at the Estates At Acqualina now topped off.
The newly topped off tower is known as the Boutique Tower, or the North Tower. It topped off at a height of 52 stories, or 672 feet, according to developer Trump Group.
At a topping-out ceremony on May 7, the building’s final beam was inscribed with signatures and messages. It was then hoisted to the top of the building with an American Flag and a palm tree.
Sales at The Estates have been extremely strong this year. Trump has closed a total of 46 deals at the project in 2021 alone, totaling $375 million, they said.
Construction on the project began in May 2018.
The South Tower is on track for completion in the 4th quarter of 2021 and the Boutique North Tower in the 1st quarter of 2022.
The Estates at Acqualina will include 248 condos in two towers. An amenities area known as Villa Acqualina will have 45,000 square feet of space, including the New York-based Avra restaurant, a spa and fitness center, and Circus Maximus, an entire floor of amenities including an ice skating rink, bowling lanes, a golf simulator, a Formula One simulator, and a movie theater.
